Hi, I’m Felipe Talavera Armero

I enjoy the most working at the intersection between humans, technology, and business.

My twelve years at Flywire took me from 0 to IPO—building software and infrastructure, scaling technical teams to 150+. Before that, I worked at ML pioneer Strands and co-founded a couple of small ventures with friends.

These days I work as a Fractional CTO, helping engineering teams integrate AI into their development workflows. I also build new ventures, invest, and advise early-stage startups. I’m from Iniesta, Cuenca but have settled in Valencia, Spain.
